Republicans hoping to protect drivers who will ‘accidentally’ hit Dakota Access Pipeline protesters via new bill

Bismarck, ND, United States (4E) – State Republican lawmakers in North Dakota hope to protect drivers who will accidentally hit Dakota Access Pipeline protesters with their cars by passing a new bill.

The $3.8 billion Dakota Access Pipeline was stopped late last years after thousands of protesters camped at the area and braved the cold weather and the violence from the police for months. The bill was introduced by state GOP Representative Keith Kempenich . He said that the bill will exempt drivers from liability if they accidentally hit a pedestrian. The bill is called House Bill 1203 and it was written due to the groups of protesters blocking roadways.

New Islamic State (IS) video shows child shooting, killing prisoner at abandoned playground

Damascus, Damascus, Syria (4E) – A new video was released by the Islamic State (IS) showing a toddler holding a gun and killing a prisoner.

The area where the video was shot looked like an abandoned playground and the prisoner was shot in the head point blank. It was reported that the video was seemingly produced for the purpose of showing how they are training young people to kill. The video was made in such a way that it would incite disgust and fear as the child and the prisoner were strategically placed on an abandoned playground in Syria to make it look like the toddler should have been playing in the area rather than killing a person.
